Intelligence 01AI & AutomationPut AI to work on the processes that actually cost you money.
Typical6–14 weeks
We start with the workflow, not the model. Document processing, support triage, internal search, reporting — we find where an assistant or agent removes real hours, then ship it with evaluation, guardrails and a human in the loop.
Capabilities · 6
- Opportunity assessment & ROI modeling
- Retrieval-augmented assistants over your own data
- Agentic workflows and back-office automation
- LLM integration into existing products
- Evaluation harnesses, guardrails and cost ceilings
- Private, US-region and on-prem deployment
Intelligence 02Data & AnalyticsNewOne version of the numbers, and pipelines that keep it true.
Typical8–16 weeks
Most AI projects stall because the data underneath isn't ready. We build the warehouse, the pipelines and the reporting layer first — so the answer to a question is the same no matter who asks it.
Capabilities · 6
- Data warehouse design (BigQuery, Snowflake, Postgres)
- ELT pipelines and change-data-capture
- dbt modeling and semantic layers
- Executive dashboards and self-serve BI
- Data quality testing and lineage
- Migration off spreadsheet reporting
Build 01Product & Experience DesignResearch, interface design and a system your engineers can build.
Typical4–10 weeks
Design that ships. We work in the same repository as the build team, hand over tokens and components rather than flat images, and test flows with real users before the expensive part starts.
Capabilities · 6
- Discovery research and user interviews
- Information architecture and flows
- Interface design and prototyping
- Design systems and component libraries
- Accessibility review to WCAG 2.2 AA, ADA & Section 508
- Usability testing and iteration
Build 02Software EngineeringWeb platforms, portals and dashboards built to be maintained.
Typical10–26 weeks
From marketing sites to operational dashboards and customer portals. We work in TypeScript, React and .NET, with automated tests and CI from day one — so year two of ownership costs less than year one.
Capabilities · 6
- Next.js / React front-ends
- ASP.NET Core & Node.js services
- Operational dashboards & admin portals
- WordPress and headless CMS builds
- API design and third-party integration
- Legacy modernization and strangler migrations
Build 03Mobile ApplicationsOne Flutter codebase, iOS and Android, shipped properly.
Typical12–24 weeks
Cross-platform apps that feel native in both stores. We handle the parts teams underestimate — offline behavior, release pipelines, App Store review, crash reporting and the update cadence after launch.
Capabilities · 6
- Flutter cross-platform development
- Offline-first and sync architecture
- App Store & Google Play release management
- Push, analytics and crash reporting
- Accessibility and real-device testing
- Post-launch support retainers
Build 04Integration & API EngineeringMake the systems you already own talk to each other.
Typical6–14 weeks
ERP, CRM, finance, warehouse and marketplace systems that were never designed to meet. We build the integration layer — with retries, idempotency and monitoring — so a failed sync raises an alert instead of a customer complaint.
Capabilities · 6
- REST, GraphQL and event-driven API design
- ERP / CRM integration (NetSuite, Dynamics, Salesforce, QuickBooks)
- Message queues and webhooks at scale
- iPaaS configuration and custom middleware
- Idempotency, retry and reconciliation design
- API gateways, versioning and developer docs
Build 05QA & Test AutomationNewCatch it in CI, not in a support ticket.
Typical4–12 weeks
Test strategy and the automation to back it. We build suites that run on every commit and stay fast enough that nobody is tempted to skip them — plus load and accessibility testing before you need it.
Capabilities · 6
- Test strategy and coverage assessment
- End-to-end automation (Playwright, Cypress)
- API and contract testing
- Load and performance testing
- Accessibility auditing to WCAG 2.2 & Section 508
- CI integration and flake reduction
Run 01Cloud & InfrastructureInfrastructure that scales with you and bills predictably.
Typical6–16 weeks
Migration, hosting and day-two operations on AWS, Azure and dedicated hardware — in US regions by default. Sensible environments, monitoring that pages a human, and a cost review every quarter.
Capabilities · 6
- AWS & Azure migration and landing zones
- Dedicated and virtual server hosting
- Network, DNS and content delivery architecture
- Backup, disaster recovery and business continuity
- Capacity planning and right-sizing
- FinOps and cost optimization
Run 02DevOps & Platform EngineeringNewShorten the distance between a commit and production.
Typical8–16 weeks
Pipelines, infrastructure as code and observability, assembled into a platform your developers actually want to use. We measure success by deployment frequency and change-failure rate — not by how many tools we installed.
Capabilities · 6
- Build and release pipeline design (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)
- Infrastructure as code (Terraform, Bicep, Pulumi)
- Kubernetes and container platform operations
- Observability: metrics, logs, traces, SLOs
- Release engineering and progressive delivery
- Internal developer platforms and golden paths
Run 03Managed IT & SupportNewA service desk and a named engineer, on a written response time.
TypicalMonthly retainer
The day-to-day IT function most growing businesses can't staff internally. Monitoring, patching, onboarding, offboarding and a real person to call — with monthly reporting on what broke and what we changed so it doesn't break again.
Capabilities · 6
- Service desk with agreed response targets
- 24/7 monitoring and alert triage
- Endpoint management and patching
- Onboarding, role-change and offboarding processes
- Asset, license and warranty tracking
- Monthly service reviews and reporting
Run 04Modern WorkplaceMicrosoft 365 and Google Workspace, configured like someone thought about it.
Typical4–12 weeks
Migration, tenant configuration, licensing review and the governance most rollouts skip. Teams, SharePoint and Entra ID set up so collaboration is easy and data still has a boundary.
Capabilities · 6
- Microsoft 365 & Google Workspace migration
- Teams and SharePoint governance
- Entra ID and conditional access
- Device management with Intune
- License rationalization
- Copilot readiness assessment
Protect 01CybersecurityLayered defense, sized to your actual risk.
Typical4–12 weeks
We assess what you have, close the gaps that matter first, and give you evidence you can show a customer, an insurer or an auditor. No fear-selling, no shelfware — a prioritized plan and the work to deliver it.
Capabilities · 6
- Security posture assessment (NIST CSF 2.0)
- Endpoint, email and identity hardening
- Vulnerability management and patching
- Penetration testing coordination
- Incident response planning and tabletop exercises
- Cyber-insurance questionnaire readiness
Protect 02Compliance & GovernanceNewGet compliant, and stay compliant without the annual panic.
Typical8–20 weeks
SOC 2, HIPAA, CMMC and state privacy law readiness — plus the newer obligations around AI systems. We build the evidence trail into how you already work, instead of reconstructing it the month before an audit.
Capabilities · 6
- SOC 2 Type I & Type II readiness
- HIPAA Security Rule risk assessments
- CMMC 2.0 and NIST SP 800-171 for federal contractors
- CCPA/CPRA and state privacy law programs

- Architecture and code review
- Vendor and platform selection
- Technical due diligence for investors
- Team and process design
Advise 02Dedicated TeamsNewExtend your engineering capacity without extending your hiring plan.
Typical6 months+
A named, dedicated team working to your backlog, your standards and your definition of done. Not staff augmentation by the hour: the same people stay on your account, with a delivery lead you can reach during US business hours.
Capabilities · 6
- Dedicated squads of 2–8 engineers
- Embedded in your rituals, tools and repositories
- Daily overlap with US Eastern mornings
- Delivery management included, not billed extra
- Vetted replacements within two weeks
- Work progresses overnight, reviewed each morning
Advise 03Commerce & MarketplaceSell online — on your storefront, on Amazon and beyond.

Capabilities · 6
- Amazon Seller Central & Vendor setup
- Listings, A+ content and feed management (Amazon, Walmart)
- Shopify and custom storefront development
- Payments, sales-tax and fulfillment integration
- Channel profitability reporting

No practices match that search. Ask us directly — we may still be able to help.
Discover, design, build, run.
The same sequence whether the project is a mobile app or a cloud migration. Select a phase to see what it produces.
Discover
Two weeks, fixed fee, no obligation.
We map the systems you run, the work your people repeat, and the outcome you're being measured on. You get a written findings document and a prioritized plan — whether or not you continue with us.
You receive
- Systems inventory
- Risk register
- Costed roadmap
Design
Decisions made on paper, where they're cheap.
Architecture, interface and data design, validated with the people who'll use the system. We agree on what 'done' means, how it'll be tested, and what it'll cost to run — before a line of production code.
You receive
- Architecture decision records
- Clickable prototype
- Fixed-scope build plan
Build
Working software every two weeks.
Short iterations with a demo at the end of each one. Automated tests and deployment pipelines from the first sprint, and your team in the repository from day one — not at handover.
You receive
- Demos every two weeks
- CI/CD pipeline
- Test suite & documentation
Run
The part most vendors skip.
Monitoring, patching, cost reviews and a named engineer with a written response time. Every quarter we review what broke, what it cost, and what we'll change so it doesn't happen again.
You receive
- Service-level agreement
- Monthly service report
- Quarterly roadmap review
Representative schedule — phases overlap
A representative schedule: Discover runs two weeks, Design three, Build around ten and starts before Design finishes, and Run begins during Build and continues open-ended.

We pick tools your next engineer will already know. Nothing here is exotic, and nothing locks you to us.
Before you get in touch.
The things prospective clients ask us most often.
01How do we start working together?
Every engagement starts with a two-week, fixed-fee discovery. We map your systems and priorities and return a written findings document with a costed, prioritized roadmap. You keep that document whether or not you continue with us.
02Do you work with businesses that have no in-house IT team?
Frequently. For those clients we act as the technology function — advisory, delivery and ongoing support under one agreement, with a named lead you can call.
03Can you help with SOC 2, HIPAA or CMMC?
Yes. Our Compliance & Governance practice prepares teams for SOC 2 Type I and II, HIPAA Security Rule assessments, and CMMC 2.0 / NIST SP 800-171. We work alongside your chosen auditor or assessor — we don't issue the attestation ourselves, which keeps the audit independent.
04Where is our data hosted?
In US cloud regions by default, in accounts you own. If you have residency or contractual requirements, we design around them from the start.
05Can you take over a project someone else started?
Yes. We begin with a short technical audit to establish what's salvageable and what isn't, then give you an honest recommendation — including when the answer is to rewrite.
06What does ongoing support cost?
Support is a monthly retainer sized to your platform and the response times you need. It's scoped during discovery, billed in USD, and reviewed every quarter so you're never paying for capacity you don't use.
Not sure where to start? Start with a discovery.
A two-week, fixed-fee discovery. You get a written findings document and a costed roadmap — and you keep it whether or not you work with us.
