This policy explains how Oranian ("we", "us") collects and uses personal information through oranian.com and in the course of providing our services. Questions: hello@oranian.com.
What we collect
- Information you give us — for example your name, work email, company, phone number and project details when you contact us.
- Technical information — such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected through server logs.
- Client project data — processed only on our clients' instructions under a separate agreement.
How we use it
To respond to inquiries, provide and improve our services, meet legal obligations and keep the site secure. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Sharing
We share information with service providers who help us operate (for example hosting and email), bound by confidentiality obligations, and where required by law.
Retention
We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond and maintain a business relationship, then delete or anonymize it.
Your privacy rights (including California)
Depending on your state of residence — including under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA, and similar laws in states such as Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut and Texas — you may have the right to know, access, correct and delete your personal information, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined. To exercise any right, email hello@oranian.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
Children
Our site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
